‘Turning Pro’ book review

It has been a really busy week where I have finally published other two websites part of my overall project for the year. One is a brand new art website more in line with what I want to do in the near future, where I would also like to include photography and design in my life! This is a funny moment in my life, and like it happens with all these weird moments  you stumble upon some amazing books that feel like they REALLY speak directly to your soul. This is the case with a book I have recently read: ”Turning Pro”  by Steven Pressfield.

My first experience with Weight Watchers!

Hi, friends!

It’s been two weeks since I joined Weight Watchers and it has been a complete roller coaster! I decided to register because I wanted to loose a few kilos and I thought that the weekly monitoring would motivate me to lose more and faster. I was entirely sure that I had the nutrition factor completely handled and that I just needed some group motivation. But the first week I even put weight on!!  It turns out that I actually learned a few things about some of the foods I was having and this has been quite the revelation! This is going to be an ongoing series where I will share my progress through the program and the lessons I learned along the way. Stay tuned!

Fantastic ways to get more energetic in the winter

This is the time when the days are getting colder and the nights are getting longer. It seems like it does not matter what we do as we tend to feel extremely tired every year around this time. Wouldn’t it be great if we got to this time of the year and we got more energetic? or we wanted to get out all the time? and had lots of energy all day?

Many of us wonder about this and I have noticed that there are certain things that we can, and we should do to get more energetic in these winter months. A few small changes here and there in the habits  will completely improve our energy levels, so let’s get on with it!.

Discovering Endo: a few tips

Since I started this blog it was a decision of mine to write about endometriosis but in a more positive way that what you can usually read on the web. I remember the day I was told that I had endometriosis and even the way I was told that I had this condition as truly horrendous. So why not share all the positive and inspiring stuff I have also found along the way? For those that just found out, or simply need a bit of positive info 🙂

The idea of this blog has been a recurrent one for me as I needed to find a platform where I was able to share all the things I love and that I am learning everyday.
