Blogmas!🎄 Wish list for affordable cool style this Christmas!

Hiya! I am joining Blogmas for the first time! These are some of the few things that I have found in Dublin while shopping around. There are many accessories for us or for the house that are cool this year. For me, the colors are just great as I love the dark reds, greens, and blues. By the way, the blue bag on the picture (Forever 21) is reversible and it can be black or blue! I have a similar one that is brown and can be red too and they are very cool as it feels like you have two bags instead of one.

Endometriosis: 10 things to know that really help!

Follow my blog with Bloglovin

Hi Friends,

I am back talking about Endometriosis, yes with a capital letter as this is not just any illness. Those of you that have endometriosis, or know someone that has endometriosis know this well, that this illness is defined and treated differently depending on the doctor that sees you. As nobody knows why this illness appears, why some women have worst symptoms, and it has not been determined scientifically why some women develop it and why some others don’t , many doctors decide to simply ignore it as a contestant for what it may be happening to you.

Weight Loss Challenge: The power of habits and cortisol in your life

Hiya Friends!

These last two weeks have been a mix of many things and I am still doing this challenge and learning more things about how I understand food.

One of the things I am noticing after 4 weeks doing this challenge is that the ‘crazy need for really rich foods’ is fading away. By this, I don’t mean that I don’t ever think about it but that I don’t have it in my mind 24/7 and that it is becoming increasingly easier to just say NO. I read a book a long time ago about the power of habit and I guess this has  a lot to do with it. I have also realized how big is the role of stress in any diet.

Super tips for your Barcelona trip!

This post is the continuation of the blog post I wrote last week with my Bucket list for Barcelona. I wanted to write another post with  a follow up on that one with some tips, things that i would have done differently (if I knew!!), the things that one learns when going to the city itself.

First of all, please do take a look at this beautiful video of Barcelona from the website as it will blow your mind. I wish I found this video before going to Barcelona! It is such an impressive video!!

Barcelona bucket list: 4 day trip

Since this weekend I am going to Barcelona to see The Cure  (my favorite band!!!)  I found myself today looking for things to see in this great city. I was there only once many years ago and I remember I loved it even though  I didn’t have time to see everything I wanted to see.

So I am preparing a list of the things I must see, but with not many things as I honestly don’t like to pack my trips with a thousand visits. I prefer to stroll and take in the general atmosphere of the city.

So the way I organize myself for this is the following:

Winter season to-do fun list

Hi, Friends!

For the last few days,  we have had in Dublin really cold temperatures compared to what we have been having for the last few months. It is normal considering we are approaching December but somehow you get used to the weather being mild here.

As the days get colder, it is good to remember the things that one like to do when it is this cold that you can’t do in any other time of the year, this way you make sure you are making the most of it.

Beautiful Dublin Street Art (North)

Hi Friends!

I wanted to write a post about this almost since I moved to Dublin and noticed some fantastic street art almost everywhere I went. For those of you that have never been in Dublin, this city is divided by a river, the Liffey, and everything above the river is called Dublin north (All odd numbers for the district code like Dublin 1, 3, 5, 7…) and everything below the river, Dublin south (All pair numbers for the district code like Dublin 2, 4, 6 …)

Dublin South is full of hip places and bars and it is usually more wealthy in comparison with the north of the city. There are lots of beautiful graffitis in the Dublin south. But that will be the topic of another post !

Some time ago I went on a graffiti tour in North Dublin and what we saw was truly fantastic! The graffitis on this post were all seen in the north of the city! Smithfield, Cabra, various points in the north and Jervis area.

‘Turning Pro’ book review

Hiya and Happy Saturday!

It has been a really busy week where I have finally published other two websites part of my overall project for the year. One is a brand new art website more in line with what I want to do in the near future, where I would also like to include photography and design in my life! Take a peek at and let me know what you think! And the other website I published is more like a display of the various hats that I wear in my life in an attempt to wrap them up in a nice pretty showcase. Check it out at

This is a funny moment in my life, and like it happens with all these weird moments  you stumble upon some amazing books that feel like they REALLY speak directly to your soul. This is the case with a book I have recently read: ”Turning Pro”  by Steven Pressfield.
